Privacy
Preparation notice — bookings are not open. Final operating terms will be published before any booking or payment is accepted.
Account information
Your name, email, phone, address, preferred language and optional licence expiry are stored when you save your profile. We use them for your account, rental management and enquiries. Authentication uses session cookies. The estimate tool sends the selected dates, vehicle category and delivery option to our server to calculate a price. It does not request your name, identity documents or payment details.
Enquiries
If you email us, the information you choose to provide will be used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents or payment card details by email.

The hosting and network services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the website. No advertising analytics have been added to this application.
Before bookings open
We will publish the operating entity, privacy contact, retention periods, booking/payment processors and the process for requesting access or corrections before collecting booking information.
